1. Sila pastikan ukuran dan saiz baju telah diambil sebelum membuat pesanan.

2. Jika sudah pasti, sila isikan borang pesanan di bawah dengan lengkap. Sila nyatakan nama, no telefon, email, alamat penghantaran, kod pakaian, dan bilangan yang diingin.

3. Pihak kami akan memaklumkan konfirmasi order secara email atau sms bahawa pesanan telah diterima.

4. Sila buat bayaran booking in advance sebanyak 50% daripada harga produk yang telah dipesan untuk poduk PRE-ORDER, untuk produk READY STOCK, sila bank-in bayaran penuh. Untuk PRE-ORDER sila buat bayaran setiap hari khamis kerana pesanan kepada pembekal di Indonesia akan dibuat setiap Jumaat, setiap minggu.

5. Produk yang dipesan akan sampai selewat-lewatnyer seminggu setelah pesanan dibuat.

6. Setelah produk yang dipesan sampai, kami akan menghubungi anda melalui SMS/Email untuk menjelaskan baki bayaran sebelum produk anda di pos. Bagi produk READY STOCK, pesanan anda akan terus dihantar setelah bayaran penuh diterima.

7.Harga produk tidak termasuk harga pengeposan. Sila rujuk jadual di bawah untuk kos penghantaran. Pesanan akan dipos menggunakan POS Malaysia.

1.Gambar yang dipapar adalah diambil daripada katalog, oleh itu produk sebenar kemungkinan besar tidak 100% seperti di dalam gambar. Kemungkinan besar resolusi monitor jugakberbeza dengan warna sebenar pakaian yang dipesan.Tapi kami boleh memastikan yang gambar diambil dari produk sebenar.Jika anda sangat mengambil berat tentang ini, TIDAK PERLU MEMBUAT PESANAN.

2. Sila kenal pasti ukuran yang telah kami berikan untuk setiap pakaian sebelum membuat pesanan. Pakaian yang telah dibeli tidak boleh dikembalikan atau ditukar jika berkaitan dengan isu tidak muat atau longgar serta corak pakaian.

3. Sila baca dengan teliti terma dan syarat dan fahaminya sebelum membeli.Tiada istilaH pulang atau tukar selepas penghantaran.

4.Kesemua produk diimport terus dari Indonesia, dan memerlukan mase 3-5 hari bekerja untuk penghantaran dari sana. STIDAK PERLU MEMBUAT PESANAN JIKA TIDAK BOLEH MENUNGGU.

5. Membeli bermakna anda sudah memahami Terma dan Syarat.Kami akan memulangkan deposit jika barang yang dipesan sudah kehabisan stok di Indonesia. Kami akan memaklumkan tentang itu untuk mengetahui nombor akaun saudara. Kami juga akan memulangkan semula wang anda jika terdapat kesilapan dalam penghantaran, rosak dan kecacatan semasa penerimaan (tidak termasuk kos penghantaran). Sila email dan kembalikan produk kepada kami lengkap seperti penerimaan. Namun demikian, kami akan sentiasa memastikan kondisi produk diperiksa secara teliti sebelum penghantaran.
